PAN Yellow Corn Flour is made from pure, selected yellow corn flour, without preservatives, making it a product of exceptional quality, ideal for the quick and easy preparation of a wide variety of delicious recipes.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume as soon as possible. Add salt to 1/4 cup of water to taste and slowly add 1 cup of bread flour. Mix continuously with a spoon until you have a consistent dough. No kneading required. Let it rest for 2 minutes. If you want to enhance the flavor, add other ingredients such as grated cheese or margarine to the water before adding the flour.
